They say (who are “they” anyway?) that experience is what we get when we don’t get what we want. I believe that life is the ultimate teacher and experiences are the lessons we learn. I’m here to tell stories about life as I experience it.

I’ve learned life lessons from my Eddie Bauer shopping bag: “Never confuse having a career with having a life” and from a Living Coastal magazine ad “Nowhere is life richer than where the land and water meet” and from bathroom wallpaper “The best things in life are the people we love, the places we’ve been, and the memories we’ve made along the way.”

In 2010, I moved from the arid desert of Las Vegas to the beauty of the Connecticut coastline to find my dreams. So here I am, living waterside.
